Reference letters

Regarding reference letters, you have the following options:

1. you may upload scanned copies in our Online Admission System (OAS)

2. you may send scanned copies by email (admission@rug.nl). Please mention the program name in the subject of your mail.

3. the referee may send the letter directly to us by email (admission@rug.nl). Please mention the program name in the subject of your mail.

4. the official letter may be sent by regular mail to the following address:

There is no specific format required for reference letters, as long as they were written on letter headed paper of your home institution and contain a signature from the referee.
