University Service Desk (USD)
Questions related to: admission and application, registration and deregistration, tuition fees, conflicts, complaints and lodging an appeal or objection, studying with a disability, choosing a degree programme, study delay and Graduation Fund. You can also go to the USD for arranging all your (re)registration matters.
International Service Desk (ISD)
Questions related to the Dutch immigration law, VISA and residence permit.
Regarding reference letters, you have the following options:
1. you may upload scanned copies in our Online Admission System (OAS)
2. you may send scanned copies by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please mention the program name in the subject of your mail.
3. the referee may send the letter directly to us by email (email@example.com). Please mention the program name in the subject of your mail.
4. the official letter may be sent by regular mail to the following address:

There is no specific format required for reference letters, as long as they were written on letter headed paper of your home institution and contain a signature from the referee.
